This person drives too perfectly, they kept to the speed limit, indicated correctly and upon further inspection they were mathematically central within the (correct) lane all times. This is driving savagery and needs to be stopped.
This driver rolled a *whole car's length* back because he was texting on his lap, and didn't notice he had let the pressure off the footbrake. Luckily I saw this happening and was able to edge back slightly in the queue, thanks to the car behind me.
Shortly afterwards he failed to pull away in a queue, again, because of texting and not noticing the traffic pulling away. The light subsequently changed from green to red because he was miles behind the car in front due to sitting there texting. Thanks a lot for delaying about fifty people.
Next time use your handbrake. If it doesn't work, get it fixed. There is no excuse for not paying attention to the road and nearly causing an accident, which you'd no doubt deny.
If this guy rolls back into you, and accuses you of going into the back of him, point him and your insurance company at this post.

This driver doesn't know what an indicator is or how to use it. He believes that you use the indicator as you enter a roundabout, nearly cvausing a head on collision.
