Hogged right hand lane in Bracknell at 45mph (50 zone) for about 2 miles and then cut left across 3 lanes without looking to exit road. Lane hogger

Red Land Rover Disco, near Norfolk Lavender at Heacham, Norfolk drove very erratically up my rear end then then overtook me with children in my vehicle. Slammed on in front of me forcing me to stop and it was only as he accelerated away that I got the reg plate. An extremely scary few minutes for myself and my children. Don't know the driver and I hadn't done anything wrong he just came out of the blue and on my tail end. I was willing him to go past me until he did. Rang 101 but they were no use. Just told me to park up until I stopped shaking then continue when I felt alright.

This driver was seen picking up their dog by the tail and throwing it up in the air twice, the second time the dog was seen to hit a kerb and was then limping. If anyone knows of them pls contact rspca or the police. She needs to be found.
