This driver was swerving all over the shop! POSSIBLY DRUNK!!! when I drove past her to tell her to slow down, she gave me the finger!! NOT ON!

It's mirror, signal & then make the move. This dozy woman maybe signalled (couldn't tell, I was approaching & she was turning left. It wasn't flashing as she pulled out but maybe she cancelled it quick) but she most certainly didn't look. What she did was basically not stop or even slow down as she approached the junction, pulled out in to oncoming traffic and THEN looked.
Dangerous bint.
