I hear this car driving past my house late on at night, very annoying and loud, driver extremely obnoxious and rude when approached and asked to quieten down
No right of way mate.. only priority. The other car should have given way however there is no automatic right of way for vehicles under any circumstance.
Ok. So a single call-out is fine. I've done it. However there has now been created a campaign of harassment on a single registration plate which now reflects badly on the attitude of the bike rider, whose IP address should now be prohibited from whichever one her or she uses to label this registration on this site.
