I saw this car around April 2019 and there was 3 men in it. They sped past me at least 130 MPH and i have just researched this exact car and the top speed is 135mph. The person in the back seat looked scared. The car was near Burnley in Lancashire. It is a 2009 vauxhall vectra 1.9 cdti sri. It is apparently one of the last vectras ever made. This is honestly not fake. It is just my opinion of what happened

Looks to me like he’s parked up. As if you would have both hands on the phone and no eyes on the road he’s parked at the side of the road and you just went past him
