Nearly caused an accident due to not staying in the lanes. When I flashed the elderly lady she break checked me and proceeded to drive ~10mph slower for half a mile. Reported to the police.

She should NOT be driving a four whee drive car. I have no complaint about her driving per se, but I do firmly believe that a vehicle like a Land Rover should be driven by a man.
