My BMW (dashcam car) was not being moronic and was within the limit (not using 50mph as as target)! I reckon the whole 5 mins of video would have added no useful data other than the second dangerous overtake that occurred. The gap was there because I saw the idiot overtaking another car behind me and I thought "let's not have an accident here" so I let him in! I have 340bhp under my right foot and could've closed that gap in an instant.

The council probably has a reason for not painting the centre white lines down the middle of the road. Because cars are always parked on one side of the road, a line down the middle would mean vehicles driving on the side without parked cars would probably not keep as left as they should, resulting in traffic coming the other way not having enough space to pass, so in my opinion the council has not painted the line in the hope drivers use common sense and leave enough space to pass each other.
I have attached an image of Rocks Lane in Barnes, Richmond upon Thames to demonstrate my point. You can see the old faded line was in the centre of the road but the council moved it because there are always cars parked on one side of the road. Now the white line gives traffic in both directions the same amount of space and traffic flows much better. Before the council did this, buses and large vehicles on the side with parked cars would often not fit through because vehicles travelling the other way didn't keep left, presumably because they felt they had a right to drive up to the white line.
Going back to the road featured in this report, I doubt the council could easily paint the line similar to the one I mentioned in Barnes because cars aren't parked all the way down the road, so the lines would have to wiggle which is far from ideal, hence why they may have felt no lines was the best solution.

You realise he has just as much right to park their as yourself yes? there are no yellow lines or no signs dictating disabled parking only. If because of your health you require a private parking space outside your mother property you need to inform your local council and pay for a disabled spot to be put in.

Albeit, they were speeding, however if this "Scares the hell" out of you, then perhaps it would be wise too re-evaluate your mode of transportation.
Clearly you shouldn't be on the road if that scares you. Being scared whilst driving or even whilst riding a childs toy, is to be considered extremely dangerous and this is substantial proof that you cannot use the road under certain circumstances. Henceforth you should not be allowed on the road.
As for the remark about "overtaking" the bus, that is not illegal in any form whatsoever. If you want to let the bus out you can, granted it's probably safer to give way to the bus but not at all mandatory. It would seem you have no idea about proper road usage and it also looks like you are making up your own little laws, thus rendering your belonging on the road even more questionable..
