Forces Cyclist off the road when driving on the wrong side passing parked cars, then blames the Cyslist for being in "in the middle of the road", actually in then middle of the lane.

Didn't GIVE WAY making me slam my brakes.
600 yds later, at a roundabout, failed to use indicators and used two lanes, cutting me off, almost causing an accident again. That's two incidents in less that a minute. A person like that shouldn't be driving.
After realising that I took pictures, sent his "daughter" in the same car to follow/harass me. I didn't take it further
