Just seen the driver. It’s a 50 year old who looks perfectly able to drive properly. Looks like he talking pon the hands free and attempting to faff around in the glovebox. Hunched over the wheel though as well. Ffs

What a horrible person to do that. Hope you are alright now. I would still report it as failing to stop at the scene of an accident. Also, Tesco might be able to help with CCTV footage. I hope the law of Karma comes to them..
