Idiotic driver overtaking on a 30 and driving on the opposite side of the road at 60mph - nearly colliding with a car. Should be banned - especially considering this was all witnessed on a road in the pitch dark with no lights

Driver pulled out infront of me while i was 3/4 of the way around the roundabout. Little care for other drivers. If you stop at 0:34 you can see his license plate clearly. Clip has been passed onto local police to see if they wish to do anything with it.
