Typical maniac Prius mini cab. Speeding, doing over 40 in a 20mph zone and overtaking on a very narrow side road just to get to a junction.

Idiotic driver overtaking on a 30 and driving on the opposite side of the road at 60mph - nearly colliding with a car. Should be banned - especially considering this was all witnessed on a road in the pitch dark with no lights
