To be fair to this guy, I was parked in the same place again today when he again parked in front of me. I said to him 'so you managed not to hit my car this time', and to his credit he actually apologised straight away rather than being confrontational again as I had expected. He seemed quite genuine and said he'd felt bad about it after he walked away.

undertook huge queue and cut in on a roundabout to turn right.
"accelerated" away and covered the road in black smoke.

Drove through two ref lights. Smell of weed in car was overwhelming as I cycled behind.

Grey Volvo V50, seen in South Devon. Hit my car whilst failing to parallel park. When I got out to check for damage, he was aggressive from the very start and let out a torrent of abuse and foul language. Seemed to think hitting cars was perfectly acceptable, but fortunately only scuffs left on my bumper so wasn't worth pursuing.
