This driver thinks he owns Barnstaple (Devon) parking his black Ford Ranger at the pedestrian zone of The Strand in front of The Water Gate pub. This was on Monday, 3rd August 2020 at around 14:15.

Looks like a parking infringement to me which could lead to a penalty ticket if the appropriate authorities are notified

Unsure if he’s been on the coke or just can’t stay in lane, but he keeps veering from the far left (pictured) to the far right of the lane. How hard is it to stay in a lane at 50mph with no wind? Also he’s driving a poverty spec a class
