Young IC4 male. Revving engine at pedestrians waiting to cross and then actually crossing on a green man at Cottingham Road / Newland crossing. Asked him to stop (he had his window down) and aggressively and purposefully revved engine more in retaliation. This is antisocial and threatening to pedestrians crossing the road, as if he is impatient and is going to run us down. If you are reading this, shame on you.
