Skip truck owned by Bateman skip hire. As with many of these it seems to be they get paid on the number of skips they deliver. Therefore driving rules do not mean much to them. This vehicle has attempted to bypass traffic in the right hand lane by using the dedicated Parknride left hand lane. Forced himself into the right hand lane at the last moment. Did exactly the same at the next restricted lane. This was on the A4 Bath Rd Bristol from the Keynsham roundabout to the Lidl store about 2 miles away. Very poor driving.

Illegal parking.
Parking on a junction to a busy and dangerous main road. Blocking the single lane road and causing issues with traffic trying to pass. Also causing issues as it leaves parties going in opposite directions unable to reverse on the single lane road or pass each other.
