Mitsubishi L200 stamped up Environmental Agency.
I'm on a bike & aware this guy is behind me but not going past me when there's plenty of room to do so even with me doing about 15mph.
Get fed up that he won't overtake me despite ample room I stop pedalling to force him to overtake. I've dropped to about 6-8mph and he still refuses to overtake despite there still being loads of room.
I'm now about to come to a stop & he finally overtakes. As I look over I see why he wasn't for overtaking - he's playing on his phone!

Reported to the police for dangerous. Tailgating, driving too fast and in the wrong lane at a roundabout, nearly caused an accident. All caught on dashcam and submitted. Absolute idiot.

Careless savage who's too busy smoking her cig instead of putting on turn signals and steering her car! Storms across roundabouts across random lanes, zero apologies for her action, almost bumped into a car in the middle of their lane. Gonna take someone's life away one day if continued driving like that. Should have her bloody license revoked!
