cut me off on the M55.I had my 5 year old in the car with me. He was swerving in and out of the lanes. It was a transit van , colourful with "BITS" written on it. Anyone know of the company. He turned off towards Kirkham, Lancashire.

Rear ended us while we were stationary at some traffic lights and is now denying all responsibility and claiming we reversed into him. Refused to give us his insurance details at the side of the road so had to go through the police to get his details. BEWARE.
