Has this guy been arrested and taken off the road yet, if not why not. I hope some good folk have paid them a visit with a few bats and beaten some sense into them, what a plonker driving like that.
There should be a clause in the law where you can legally "remove" individuals like this from the gene pool by agreeing to their desire to be involved in a crash.
Highly dangerous and inexperienced driver who has no regard for other road users and should not be allowed a license.
Very aggressive driver who will end up dead or killing someone.
