Although this driver was picking someone up from the health centre she parked by the entrance obstructing access for a man parked in a disabled bay who had started his engine and wanted to get out but couldn’t due to her parking and she wouldn’t budge until her passenger arrived. Talk of inconsiderate parking - she could have let the disabled driver out before parking her car obstructively. Was it a form of girl power?
