Dodgy driver crashed into my car in the middle of the night leaving my car very damaged. Driver was injured but decided to ditch his vehicle and not report the incident so in a insurance dispute. Dodgy gang came back to remove items from the car before police came to the scene. They fled once they saw the police. BE WARY OF THIS DRIVER

Gets caught up a bit later with slower vehicles in front and I catch up with him. He then turns into Parkside Lane by The Bellflower just outside Garstang.
