Parked so far onto the pavement, very difficult to get past. I know people have to load but this makes it dangerous for pedestrians. It’s a busy road at school end time, on a bus route.

AWEFUL DRIVER!!
Nearly caused an accident by DELIBERATELY trying to run a car off the road TWICE on the M4 before J18. The car had a small baby in the back!! This driver needs to have his license revoked until he learns to drive and control any anger issues he clearly has! He could have killed a family today!
