Reg plate returns nothing but I know what was on the car. Wouldn't surprise me if they've put a dodgy plate on the way this wally was driving coming out of the crossroads. Was trying to cut the turning short but would've hit me. With the speed they were travelling they ended up having a little wobble & then correcting it. Suggestion: Don't drive like a knob.
