Clearly does not know how to drive, cut through right in front of me from the lane that is for right turn, no indication no due care.

He was just parked On a one way street outside one stop in elland watching anime with his hazards lights sat there 10 minutes before he tried wheel spinning off and stalled. The act wouldn’t start so someone had to jump start him. After that not working he had to walk to the petrol station to get fuel. He was blocking the road for 30 minutes!! All because of anime.
