They rock up outside your house with a tripod and camera... bet you wouldn't like it.
He asked a simple question why are you doing it and you deliberately avoided it and randomly started sprouting the law. It's also illegal to cause harm or distress, it could be seen by setting up a tripod and pointing a camera at the property it is more than just a hobby or an inadvertent act but more of a deliberate act of wilful targeting and abusive behaviour - distressing for the tenants.
Might have been easier to say just doing x y z instead of being rude..
