Chances are the lane hogger was being brake checked by the silver car who was angry that someone was lane hogging so he did a nearside overtake and punishment brake check. Then the silver car probably lane hogged in exactly the same way for the next twenty miles. I see this kind of behaviour on the M60 by German cars every single day. It's Britain!
