This is a shared access road used by residents, visitors and volunteers accessing the Litter Watch allotment, based in the Black Country. It is not a designated parking space for DPD vehicles. Despite this, your driver (registration DT69 SUV) regularly parks the van in the access lane while it is connected to a charging point, significantly restricting access to and from the site.
Recently, one of Litter Watch’s volunteers was effectively trapped within the allotment because the vehicle was obstructing the exit. She became extremely distressed, as she was unable to leave promptly to return home to care for her son, who has Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Thankfully, no emergency arose during this incident, but the situation highlights the very real risks posed by obstructing a shared access route.
Volunteers have approached the driver on several occasions in a polite and respectful manner. They have simply asked whether he could park elsewhere during the day, or alternatively use the space outside of Litter Watch’s opening hours, to ensure the access road remains clear for those who need to use it. Unfortunately, these reasonable requests have been met with a dismissive attitude, and on one occasion the driver reportedly laughed at the volunteers rather than engaging with their concerns.

What a bellend. Actively drove out of a one way entrance from a supermarket carpark onto the wrong side of a two way road (there’s a traffic island in the middle) and then crawled along trying to find a gap to get on to the correct side of the road.
Then gave me a dirty look like it was the most normal thing he’d just done.
Honestly a gnu could drive better than him. Chavvy prick.

Consciously goes into the wrong lane, speeds ahead before cutting back into the lane causing the cars to brake to avoid an accident. Then proceeds to slow down to about 23mph (in a 30) and then races back up to the car infront. They must have done this about 3-5 times. The car sounded like it was on it last legs as well.

Crossed solid line and hatchings on slip road, failed to give way, and forcing way in before the correct merge point and nearly went into side of me - just came across like I wasn’t even there. Forcing me over - then proceeded to glare and beep at me as they continued to cross as if it was my fault they don’t how to merge in turn or give way.

Drove past me on opposite side on a wide road in Batley, West Yorkshire and felt the need to stick middle finger up for no reason at all. Didn't think he would get stuck behind a bus and i would catch up with him.
Coward wouldnt stop. Young white lad with baby on board stickers. You will meet a driver one day who won't give a toss if you got kids in car and deal with you. Fix up.
