Tailgated me twice, I slowed down the second time to give this driver a hint and to allow him to see my stickers that warn that I will slow down if somebody tailgates me. He then backed off for a few seconds but then tailgated me again on a 40 mph road, then did a ridiculous overtake and cut me off.
He is a complete moron and should be banned from driving and is probably a nonce.

Driving erratically up and down a 30mph road at about 50mph around Lower Sydenham in London, revving his engine like someone trying to prove something - not sure what.
He only stopped to yell "I have a tiny genus!" or something, I'm not sure nobody seemed to be paying him much attention.
