Presumably newly passed. She just pulled out into the path of a big £100,000 Tesla model X then proceeded to stop behind it extremely close basically rear ending it… needs to use eyes and mirrors

Just watched this driver almost run down a cyclist that was crossing the road at a junction. The driver didn't even bother to slow down and came within inches of the cyclist.
Poor driving, even poorer awareness of the highway code.

Idiot was all over the road in Ryde, Isle of Wight and almost caused a few crashes. Clearly blind as a bat and should've gone to Specsavers
