Not so much parked as abandoned, double yellows, fairly busy road, barely any room for pedestrians to get past; forget it if you've got a buggy or such like. Not just dropping off, has been there for at least an hour.

I was turning towards Burley in Wharfedale when the female driver of YF68 EEG decided to not check for traffic and carry on over the roundabout at over 60mph towards Ilkley. If I hadn't of done an emergency stop in the roundabout you'd have caused a big accident. She never even looked to check if anyone was coming.

Almost ran me over speeding and driving dangerously in tesco car park, thankfully I was not a child, who she may not have seen or who may not have been able to act to get out of way
