Traffic is building up and people are turning off Rosemary Ln on to Church St Lancs. Issue is everyone is wanting the multi storey car park so people have to wait.

Overtaking a cyclist thats clearly turning right is never gonna end well is it. Maybe show a bit more patience or they might end up under your car next time, lucky escape.
