White flatbed tow truck with a middle age man, perfectly clear day light after a rain in SE24 London, lurched across a T junction nearly ramming into a cyclist, who skidded and nearly went into a parked car. Also nearly caused a pileup when the red car in the passing lane slammed the brakes to avoid to t-boning him square on. Didn’t see any advertising so don’t know if privately owned.
0/5*, pretty pathetic bad driver who needs to reevaluate if waiting 5 seconds is worth not causing someone to be killed or injured.

Bradford Council had done a
marvellous job for using PTS minibus no. 3893 from Shearbridge Depot as a normal van to deliver goods for vulnerable and disabled people during the 1st COVID-19 lockdown. After the first lockdown, they went back to their regular job picking people up and dropped them off during school/college days.
