Deliberately blocked road so couldn't exit, left car in middle of road and only moved once realise I was on the phone to the police. Very rude and aggressive, reported to the police

Barges out onto A586 at Michael’s between traffic, speeds where possible and too impatient to wait in right turn at junction with A6, so suddenly changes lane (barges over to the left) turns left onto the A6 and does a U-turn to go the other way.
Impatience at an unbelievable level.

Dumb little girl sits in the outside lane, under the speed limit - matching the adjacent traffic. Stays like this for a mile until she wakes up and sees she needs to take an exit. Indicates and begins to drift into the car next to her, THEN realises there's traffic she's been sat next to for a mile.
Floors it to eventually get Infront then dives across 4 lines!
Dangerous & incompetent.

Having had the need to report an issue with an individual driver on the Lowmoor Circular route in Clitheroe, I phoned the depot to report this.
The response was simply that as a cyclist I should be ‘as far to the left as possible at all times, allowing vehicles to pass’
This person claimed to hold a bus licence and yet is unaware of how the Highway Code informs us to share the road safely.
