Constantly on the brakes with no traffic ahead. Does 15-20 in a 30 with no traffic ahead. Takes slight bends but constantly jamming the brakes at these speeds.

I witnessed this silver Seat Alhambra MPV driving recklessly and aggressively towards a other driver.
Rapid lane changes and break checking. Pulled in front very close then slammed on from 70 down to 50. Gesticulating out of the drivers window (arm raised up, two finger salute). Before speeding away at 80+.
Middle aged male driver, middle eastern appearance with large dark beard.
Their 'target' did not rise to the provocation, and sensibly slowed to maintain separation.
A real menace. Shouldn't be on the road.

Not the one to write a status but just a bit annoyed ngl....
So a car bumped into me while I was stationary at the lights on my way to work in Leigh and it took quite a bump which obviously put me into shock, so I got out of the car to check the damage and took the guys number (as he insisted to not go through insurance as it wasnt major damage). I’ve never been involved in anything like this before so I obviously didn’t know what to do or what details to take and he basically took advantage of that and give me a false number with no last name or address.
His registration is YR60 FUB. Grey Ford Fiesta, said his name was Nick.... this is a long shot but if anyone knows anyone with this registration please let me know as police aren’t doing anything about it 😡

Apparently driving while on your phone is perfectly fine in this woman's case. Oblivious to the world around her how she hasn't crashed yet who knows!
