Absolutely no regard for anyone else on the road. Pulls out on you onto a roundabout causing you to wait as he overtakes, then overtakes around tight corners and attempts to brake check you. Lack of indication on many turns, too.

This person always parks on double yellow lines and blocks the pavement to all who need to use it. Old people, disabled people riding mobility scooters and every other pedestrian have to use the road instead. This is every day.
