It is not ok to cross into the inner lane of a dual carriage way from a slip road. There is no way you can see other cars if you do that. That is why you almost crashed into me today. Although the streets were lit up, all vehicles except this one had their headlights on. This one was seen from towards Scotforth through Lancaster City Centre and along St George’s Quay without any headlights on. What is this driver trying to do? Save the planet?
