Driver does double the speed limit, no indication and undertakes. Guy seems like a total douche but when you look at the car they’re driving it kinda all adds up.
If this person is older than 20 then that’s seriously cringeworthy.

Driver needs to surrender their licence, doing 26mph on a 60mph road.
Repeatedly touching their brakes, over running solid white lines, pulling out on people and obviously struggling to turn their head/see.
Too old, too incapable, too slow.
A danger.
