Very dangerous driving when merging off a dual carriageway. Either doesnt understand the rules of the road or is a 'bully' who thinks he has right of way regardless of the situation. Almost damaged my car twice

Came around this far knacker on the tight mouse trap near millom, I was carefully driving my piccanto up this road when this fella came flying down the hill barely touching the road...when at the bottom I got him to wind his window down to which he said âI pipped my horn at the top you tw*tâ I was not happy my grandmother heard such fowl language...reading some of these other stories on here about him I wonder how he passed his test

Caught this man speeding past a primary school; he almost wiped out a child.
