Joined M621 via slip road, and this idiot tried playing the "don't let anybody on" game. Managed to get ahead which annoyed him. Tailgated me for a while, then once ahead, kept mirroring by switching lanes last minute. Was brake checked numerous times. Eventually when both cars were parallel, did not have the courage to even look. Degenerate human with nothing better to do with his life than annoy other drivers with his PCP car.

Dangerous driver. Racing along roads close to other vehicles. Took affront at another car driver so blasted horn continuously proceeded to dangerously overtake other vehicle. Plain crazy.
