This idiot swerving on a very narrow topical British country side road could of easily caused an incident just a stupid idiot on his phone or just not paying attention (at one point it was nearly on the other side of the road) also a BMW STAY AWAY!

Using mobile phone while driving. Selfish behaviour that is highly unsafe for the driver, other road users, and the child sat in their back seat.
