This prat was just the first of three I witnessed in the space of ten minutes who either couldn't read 18 inch high letters spelling No Entry or couldn't see twelve foot long arrows pointing the way they should be going.

Fairly dangerous. Moderately busy two way suburban road and this driver misses their turning. Instead of going round the nearby roundabout they stop dead then try to start reversing back into traffic approaching behind them. And they did it so slowly it would’ve been quicker and safer to just drive on and round. Dopey.
