this is the type of idiot who goes slow AF, way under the limit, you pull alongside them at a set of lights because you want to do the limit, they absolutely nail it when the lights hit green so nobody gets past them & then they go back to doing half the speed limit.

Idiot in a Volvo XC90. They want to turn to Hollins Lane but they're letting absolutely everyone else make turnings, causing a huge line of traffic. All these other people take their turns, Volvo can go but choose not to, allows traffic to flow once again. They can go again but again choose not to, letting everyone else turn, more waiting, more letting everyone else go.
Let one or two cars go but just sitting there holding everyone up for no reason? Idiot.
