This guy thought he would just pull out in front of me without a care in the world just outside of Billing Mill today, then proceeded to position himself in the wrong lane at the next Roundabout and cut me up again. Poor poor driving.

Didn't look in mirrors when changing lanes coming up to a roundabout and nearly hit me, I ended up slamming the brakes on. No apology wave or hazards either.
