Drove her car white BMW 3 series into parking bay damaging front passenger side she then sat in car for a short while after event witness told her she had caused damage and when she thought witness was engaged in conversation she drove off !!

Constantly parks on double yellow lines, blocking hgv access into opposite unit despite warnings from the council. Completely ignorant driver!
