So let this be a warning to anyone wishing to park in Chorlton in Manchester: if you obstruct our driveways then we will have the police tow your vehicle away (as you can see in those pictures).
I know this might be a great area with the nightlife etc, but your visit will be a lot more expensive if you’re not careful!

Complete guess: he got pissed off because you didn't let him pull out, even though you had priority. You can see at the start of the video, that for whatever reason he has breached the junction and proceeded onto the roundabout. Then throws a temper tantrum..
