This guy pulled out in front of me earlier without looking then decided to do a go slow of 25 in a 50 for the next mile while the car behind nearly crashed into me. Thought it was an insurance job for a minute.
He couldn't keep it in the lane at all, constantly on the wrong side on blind corners and as you see massively cutting a junction and he nearly hit two cars.
Either drunk or stupid.

Approaches a roundabout (very slowly) in the right hand lane, then halfway round the roundabout decides to just exit, cutting up two lanes of traffic. Awesome.

As per with these sorts, when there's something illegal it tends to not be the only thing.
Checked this person's reg off as saw them speeding around town with illegally tinted front windows.
Sure enough, car shouldn't be on the road as it isn't taxed.
