This driver obviously doesn't understand keep clear boxes, stopped dead in the middle of the box in slow moving traffic and then moved on purpose to block a driver trying to cross the box in the opposite direction

This young lady looks like she is probably a newer driver.
I think she should be careful using her phone to snap selfies even if she is joining the queue for the drive thru. It's illegal.
