BMW 635D.
At first I thought this guy was lost. Driving up Manin Way, goes to take a left turning as in the image without indicating, cancels the move at the last second & continues on.
Then drives to the bottom of the car park & on their way out they're driving the wrong way up the car park, as in they're driving up the in lane ... in to oncoming traffic. Then instead of moving over in to the correct lane, they decide to mount the pavement completely, drive over that so the cars coming in can go in as normal (as can be at this point). BMW then drives the wrong way round the roundabout & leaves.
Think you need breathalysing pal.

Extremely impatient driver. Overtakes 3 cars , pushes oncoming traffic off road and scares the hell out of a horse pulling a cart all because he couldn’t wait 30 seconds. Caught up with him 2 mins later in a traffic jam so he achieved nothing

Noisy BMW disturbing the peace for attention. Something inferior about the driver being an attention seeker and parking in a disabled bay without a blue badge.
Definitely a breed of queer youth.
