This car parked in front of my car in a small car park, blocking me in. The car park belongs to the vets, I just came out with my cat and there it was. 10 minutes later a man arrived with a shopping bag on the phone, put his hand up and drove off. I was fuming. It was freezing and the cat was distraught. The vet can't do anything.
