Why can't operators of private car parks fine people who deliberately ignore clear signals and drive against traffic? This prat was just the first of three I witnessed in the space of ten minutes who either couldn't read 18 inch high letters spelling No Entry or couldn't see twelve foot long arrows pointing the way they should be going.

When we got behind the driver, was in the 50 all over the road slamming on crossing the white line in a drunk like matter kept on turning ti his passenger, my passenger who was recording thinks that the driver could of been arguing and just doesn't have a care for other drivers or even concentrating on the road absolutely shocking to see do have video of this, absolutely awful driving
