Two suspicious young scruffy and dirty very skinny lads smoking weed in this car driving up and down a cul-de-sac. I've got no proof but I thought it looked like they "might" have been casing homes of vulnerable and elderly people. Forewarned is forearmed and all that should anything happen.

30mph speed limits in built up areas are probably the most important speed limit to follow, but this driver wasn't just 5mph over going up Churchill Street but at least 15mph. Giving the size and weight of the vehicle, if another vehicle or pedestrian misjudged his speed then the consequences would be fatal.
