I've seen this man again. I saw him off the motorway headed up to Birmingham presumably (as all annoying people do) and he was headed 130-ish in his BMW 330i (2007) straight into the back of a Land Rover Defender (2016). Horrendous driving, he proceeded to assault the driver of the Land Rover. Get this man in an asylum!
