Clearly the bright road sign [00:17] reading "Hard Should for Emergency use only" doesn't apply to YE64 OOX, they carried on in this lane until the next junction (1 mile ahead) then left the motorway.

30.11.16 time 11:23am This BMW driver found it funny to undercutting myself coming off the round on the dock road in wallasey. Resulting in me having to mount centre kerb. When flashed and trying to pull up the side the male passenger found it funny to pretend to dial his phone and laugh. I was on route to pick my wife up from work. IT'S NOT LAUGHING MATTER WHEN YOU UNDERCUT SOMEONE WITH CHILDREN ON BOARD!!!! DASH CAM HAS BEEN SENT TO POLICE FOR DANGEROUS DRIVING. AWAITING OUTCOME.

Thanks for reversing into my car and driving off. You will have a nice red mark on your bumper from where you scratched my car. unfortunately for you there was an eye witness who observed this happen, observe you realise you had hit my car yet you still drove off.

Driver is a complete nutter, how they havent killed someone with their dangerous overtakes is beyond me, let alone their speeding and tailgating!

Driving in and out of lanes speeding switching lanes thinking his car can handle it, its not a sports car so calm down. Had a huge distraction on his roof. At the end of the day ended up and the same set of traffic lights.
